Take your Wildcat XX steering system to the next level with the 775Fab Billet Double Shear Kit, engineered specifically for the HD Arctic Cat 1505-035 steering rack. Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and paired with 4130 chromoly mounting tabs, this kit dramatically increases steering rack support, reduces mounting stress, and improves overall steering reliability in the harshest off-road conditions.

By converting the rack to a double shear mounting design, load forces are distributed more evenly across the steering rack and mounting hardware. The result is reduced flex, improved steering precision, and significantly greater resistance to impact loads from racing, rock crawling, and oversized tires.

• CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum double shear brackets (raw aluminum or with black anodizing) 
• Powder-coated 4130 chromoly mounting tabs
• (4) New steering rack mounting bolts
• (4) Lock nuts
• Hardened washers
• (1) New lower differential/mounting tab bolt
• (4) Grade 8 flange-head mounting bolts for side tabs
