• Protects Your Steering Rack
  On the Wildcat XX, the inner tie rod ends can impact the steering rack housing at full steering lock. Repeated contact can damage both the rack housing and the internal support bushing, leading to premature wear and costly repairs.
• Engineered Load Distribution
  Our steering stop bushings are designed to seat against the face of the steering rack, precisely index into the housing bore, and support against the internal retaining circlip. This design helps distribute impact loads more evenly throughout the assembly instead of concentrating them on the rack housing.
• Secure Press-Fit Installation
  Each steering stop features a slight interference fit and is installed using a bearing retaining compound for a secure, permanent installation in between rebuilds. (Bearing retaining compound sold separately.)
• Dual-Purpose Design
  In addition to acting as a steering stop, these bushings function as a secondary support bushing as the factory internal steering rack bushing naturally wears over time, helping maintain steering support and reduce movement.
